M< \-Brs Abraham and Williams report holding their usuul horse sale at Palmerston <m sumrday, when ratber fewer were brought in than usual. The class on the whole whs indifferent, and bidding dull Medium sorts made £5 10s to £7; others from £2 7s Cd to £i 7s. A useful spring curt horse made £19. Cunningham, Badbam and Co.'s Wellington weekly horse sale report: — About the u.-iiiil number came forward, and there is nothing requiring special notice, prices remaining about the same as la6t week for light harness horses, Draughts are still neglected, and those in the yard that changed hands did so at ver}' low prices. Twenty five draught colts and fillies arrived from Sydney, ex Wakatipu, this week, but they will not be placed on the mnrkct for a week or two, having been turned out to grass to freshen them up. Aged draughts were sold at £12, and others were passed in at £14 to £16. Light harness horses of a good class are etill in demand, and sell readily, £3 10s to £8 was offered for inferior sqrts according to description.
