A CORRECTION.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAK. Sib, —There is an omission in ray letter on the bye-laws, published in this evening's Stab, caused either by inadvertence on my part or an error of your printer, which makes it appear that I obi ect in toto to the bye-law relating to buildings, whereas my objection extends only to that part of the bye-law which related to tte repairs and alterations of buildings or parts of buildings.
