Sir Robert Stout and his Policy
[Per Press Association] Wellington, This Day. Sir Bobert Stout is arranging to address a meeting, especially for ladies, next week, when he will speak on political subjects generally. He will delirer a political address at Christchurch, and possibly at Inrercargill, before the elections. In his speech to-morrow night. Sir Robert will only refer to some of the planks of policy he intends to enunciate. Ha anticipated he would take three evenings to thoroughly disclose bis policy.
