(PER PBKSS ASSOCIATION) '■' Capetown, October 17. The Kbaraa, with fifteen hundred men, ■ has reached Tati. Seven hundred Matabcles are guarding 10,000 cattle 60 miles from Tuli. It is expected Commander ttaaf will make an effort to capture the animal*. No news has been received from the front since Saturday, and much anxiety in felt as to the progress of events. ' October 18. Sir Henry Loch, Governor of Cape' Colony, intends to proceed to theceene of the trouble in Matabele land.
