The Matabele Trouble.
(PEE PBEBS ASSOCIATION ). Capetown, October 14. Mr John "Willoujjhby is in command of the Victoria and Chartered Company's men, and he intends to plnce a strong cordon around the basis of the Matabele supplies. Sir F. Carrington, who assumes com« mand of the forces, considers that the strength is insufficient, andladvises that some of the Cape Volunteers should be sent up.
