Brisbane, October 13. : In the Legislative Assembly the Su^ar , Bill, providing for assistance to establish central mills, met with strong opposition from the Labor Party, who do-ared to prevent any coloured labour being em--1 ployed at such mills. > A stonewall began yesterday, and con--1 tmued until to-night.
