4. . (PER -PRESS ASSOCIATION.) New Plymouth.- His Day. In the Supreme Court, Gibson, who was charged with cattle stealing, and pleaded not guilty, was acquitted. Those who had pleaded guilty were brought up for sentence this morning. Young and John McLean were sentenced to two years each on all the charges, the sentences to run concurrent. Murdoch McLean was sentenced to one year on all charges, to run concurrent. Walter F. Sisley was sentenced to one year.
