Mr Hankins appeared on behalf 1 of the D.O.A. and several creditors, and Mr Prior for the debtor, who was ex« amined at length, the evidence being similar to that civen at the meeting of creditors, which has already been published. Re John Morris, public examination. —Mr Hankies appeared for the D.O.A. and several of the creditors, and Mr Hawkins for debtor. The examination > was adjourned to next sittings of the ' Court, debtor in the meantime to be served with a notice to appear. Re Edward Jewell, application for discharge.— Granted. The D.O.A. was released in. the following estates :— E. H. Littlejohn, A. A. Mitchell. Samuel Clover, Robert F. King, George A. Tapper, Joseph Liggins, W. Newman, and W. Hudson. Tbe Court then adjourned.
