Tbe manager of tbe Now Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company lias received a cablegram stating that the telegram from London, dated the 27th, reporting that Baron Schroder is pressing bis claim against the Company for priority over the assets, \c, is absolutely without foundation.
