All existiug hedges of gorse or furze forming frontage boundaries of any promises within tho Borough, and all the inside portions of dividing feucos Of the same material, shall be trimmod by tho occupier of the premises: of which such hedges shall form boundaries, once in the year at least, and all such trimmings forthwith destroyed or removed. 123. Tho occupier of any land within tho Borough shall forthwith, upon receiving notice in writing signed by the - Town Clerk, or within seven days. from the appearance of the advertisement to that effect inserted on behalf of the Council, requiring such occupier so to do, cut down or eradicate from such land auy gorse, furze, or other material which the Council may, from its inflammable nature, consider likely to v become of danger. 1 i K . ■ '
