(PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.} Dunkdin, September 25. Mr J. C. Buckland has definitely entered on the contest for the Taieri. Mastehton, September 25. It is stated here that Mr E. C. Bruce has consented to stand against Mr Hogg for Master ton. Hastings, September 25, A number of leading citizens purpose i getting up a requisition asking Mr Cad" man to contest the Hawke's Bay seat. It is thought that the action of the Government in connection with the drainage loan, will greatly assist a Liberal candidate at this end, whilo Mr Cadman's assistance to bush settlers will ensure him a block vote at the other end of the electorate. It is believed that Messrs Reardon and Tanner would stand aside for Mr Tanner if he consented to be a candidate. __^^^^ m^ mmmm
