The Egniont Farmers' Uuion (Limited) report as follows : — There was a fair muster of stock at Stratford on Friday, the 15th instant, though not the full numhrr advertised came forward. A moderate nttendance, coupled with a dulncs* throughout the sale, caused some of the lines to leave the yards unsold. Wo quote: Tattle — Two«year steers, L 3 10s to L 3 15s; weaners and yearlings, LI 16s to L 2 7s ; springers, Lo 5s to L 6 12s b'd ; cow 3 and heifers, in calf, L 3 11s to L 5 2s 6d. Sheep. — Ewes and lambs (full mouth) 5s 6d. We held our sale in (he Crlover Road yards on Wednesday, the 20th inst., but there was a considerable difference in the number of cattle yarded and those advertised. The attendance at the com* mencement of the sale was exceedingly email, and tha bidding at tho start was slow, although fair prices were reached and only one small pen of cattle left the yards unsold. We quote— Cattle— Fat bullocks, £6 Is to £7 2s Oil ; forward bullocks, £4 16s to £5 11s ; 12 to 10-tnonths steers, £2 to £3 3s ; cow* and heifers in calf, £3 17s to £5 b'd. Sheep— Ewea in lamb, 9s 3d.
