TPer Press Association.] London, September 11. Tho cargo of wheat ex barque Parsee, from Lyttelton, is being offered at 27s 6d. Tallow — Medium beef and mutton, 26s cwt each. The English wheat market is depressed, the Continental unchanged, while the American is changing for the better. September 12. It is expected that the bank rate oi discount will shortly be reduced. Messrs Walliii, Sons and Co., of London (A. H. Moore, Opuuake, New Zealand representative) report under date August 4th : — The present prices of butter »re as follows : — Finest Danish, 120s ; French, 120s ; Dutch, 116s ; Irish, 112s. There are very good prospects for next season. We expect a good season for consignments.
