The Educational Dispute in Nelson
VICTORY FOR THE COMMITTEE. (PEE PBESS ASSOCIATION). Nklson, September 5. At a meeting of the Education Board to-day, the opinion of Sir Eobert Stout on matters in dispute between the town committee and the bonrd was received by the latter, and, it being adverse to that body, the appointment of head* master was cancelled. It was resolved to invite applications in the usual way by advertisement for a headmaster for the town schools.
