THE CLOSURE AGAIN APPLIED. DISESTABLISHMENT IN WALES. [per fbess association.] London, September 5. In the House of Commons Mr Gladstone's motion to devote the whole time of the Autumn Session to Government business was carried by aid of the closure, but not until some important modifications were attached. Several sections of the Government supporters were much incensed at their claims and measures being ignored. The Irish members are angry at the i Bill dealing with evicted tenants, being postponed until next year. Lord Rosebery, in reply to a question, stated that Lord Dufferin had taken with him to Paris lull directions lor the protection of British interests in Siam. Mr Gladstone announced to-day in the House of Commons that the Parish Councils and Employers' Liability Bills will be taken at the autumn session. In the House of Commons to-day, Mr Gladstone stated that early in 1894 he would consider whether to renew the Welsh Suspensory Bill, or completely disestablish the Church of Wales.
