In the case iof Alf Miller and "V7m. Cresswell, charged with robbing the bed room of Major Harris, at the Albert Hotel, Wellington, the jury retired at noon, and were still out at 8 p.m. Manaia, September 1. Francis Walter Sicely was to-day committed for trial on a charge of cattle steal*
