A Charge of Malpractice
♦ (PEK PRESS ASSOCIATION). Wellington, Ibis Day. Tho charge of malpractice against Cnroline McGovern began in the Sup* remo Court this morning, but as soon as Mrs Coleman, sister of the girl Guinan, wns put in the box, she refused to give evidence unions grim tod a free pardon. The Crown Prosecutor asked for an adjournment to see what could be done, and as the jurors have beon dismissed till 2 p.m.. the Court had nothing to go on with.
