THE MEASURE CONDEMNED. (PEK TUESS ASSOCIATION.) Dunkdin, This Day. At an open air meeting on Saturday night a motion was carried protesting against the provisions of the Government Licensing Bill, as regards requiring half of those on the electoral rolls to vote. A similar resolution was carried at a meeting in the Garrison Hall last night, at which Sir Robert Stout was the principal speaker.
