Fatal Explosion on a Warship
FOUR MEN KILLED. (PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) sydney, August 27. News has been received, via Noumea, of a terrible explosion. During the firing of a gun on board the French flagship at Tahiti the chief gunner and two marines were killed instantaneously, A third .marine died next day, while a fourth landed at Tahiti in a critical condition.
