Tho labor riots in Vienna wero renewed last night, Boiling water and heavy missiles wero thrown from windows on to tho police, who freely used their sabres on the crowd. Home, August 24. The cabmen who are on strike in Naples have burnt tho tram cars. Traffic in the streets is suspended and tho shops are closed. Troops parado streets to preserve order.
