The ballot of the Berdare miners favors tbe resumption of work. Many vessels are coaling at Dunkirk and the number is increasing. Tbe Iron, Steel, Tin plate and other works, are closed owing to the lack of coal. The Labour Members in tho House of Commons strongly protest against the despatch of troops to Wales.
