TROUBLE BREWING. (PEIt PRESS ASSOCIATION). Sydney, This Day. In connection with the influx of Chinese into the Australian colonies the Premier has received the following telegram from Mr Kingston, Premier of South Australia : "If you consider your Act sufficient will you kindly administer it accoidingly ; if not, this affords an additional reason for requesting that New South Wales will discharge a long outstanding obligation, and assimilate her Chinese legislation to that agreed to at the Sydney Conference." Sir George Dibbs characterises the telegram as impertinent from begiumug to end, aud uot correct in fact.
