(J'Eli P«J-:SS ASSOCIATION.) Ni.\v Plymouth, This Day. To Whiti was brought into town on a warrant from Parihika, and appeared in I Court this morning, connected with a judgment summons. In answer to a question, To whiti said ho did not know anything of European laws. Ho did not owe the money which Stitt said was due. To Whiti said that all the food he had \ from Stitt that was good was paid for, ! what was bad was seat back, He said I he was willing to be punished if he was wroug, and if the Court was wrong it should be puuisbed. The oaso was dismisled.,
