Another case of small-pox has occurred on board the steamship Chingtu. The Collector of Customs reports that all the Chinese that arrived in Sydney are satisfactorily accounted for. Melmoukne, August 11. Smidt, farm laborer, in consequence of a long standing feud, deliberately shot a fellow servant named Frolicb, dead, and then attempted to commit suicide. It is unlikely he will recover.
