FIFTY KILLED AND WOUNDED. (PKB PBE3B ASSOCIATION.) London, August 5. Samoan news of the 16th uk. states that fighting has taken place between the Malietoa and Mataafa factions. The warships intervened, whereupon the latter yielded. Mataafa lost 50 men, killed or wounded. Maliotoa is said to have been the aggressor.
