GOLDSBOBOUGH, MOET <fc CO. OUTBREAK OF SCAB. (PEE PEE BB ASSOCIATION.) Sydney, July 81. The Bank of New South Wales has convened a meeting of the shareholders for September 27th, to consider the propriety of increasing the capital. As a consequence the shares to-day have a strong upward tendency. This Day. All the steamship owners have adopted the reduced rates, and do not feel called upon to notice the result of the recent ballot of the seamen. The Marine Board has suspended the certificate of Captain Phillipson, of the s.s. Hilda, which was recently wrecked off Fort Hackling, for three months. Melboubne, This Day. At a meeting of shareholders of Goldsborough, Mort and Co. it was pointed out if the creditors' scheme was adopted, fully 75 per cent would be unable to carry out their obligations, and it was decided to stand by a modified scheme, in the hope that British shareholders would do likewise. Perth, This Day. Scab has made its appearance amongst sheep in the Swan district.
