Messrs Gorton and Son report:— We had large entries at our sale at Awaburi last Tuesday, many more than were advertised. Only 80 head of cattle were adrertised, and 275 were jurded. Our quotations for those sold aro as follows: — Cattle.— 2 year steers, L 4 6s; wenners and yearlings, mired, 30s ; 18-months steers, L 2 los. Sheep.— 2 to 8-toooth Lincoln ewes, in lamb, 13s 6d ; empty ewes, 7s 6d ; hoggets, 6s 9d j a good line of fat wethers were passed in at 14s. ?
