The Standard asserts if Mr Gladstone is resolved to adopt the closure with regard to the Home Rule Bill, the Unionists will compel him to desolve Parliament. Mr Abraham has been elected unopposed for North East York. Mr Gladstone has decided to enforce the cloaure on four sections of the Home Rule Bill, and oxpects the measure will be through Committee by the 81st July.
