0 (PEE PHBSB ASSOCIATION.) LoxDoy, June 28" In the House of Commons, Sir Henry Jauies has given notice of an amendment to fee Home Rule Bill postponing the creation of an Irish Executive for six years. Mr Thomas llussell, member for Tyrone South, has also given notice of an amendment proposing to incapacitate any person condemned by a Parliamentary Coniruission, convicted of being connected with tho Plan of Compaign, or a refugee from justice, serving in the Irish Executive. The Standard asserts if Mr Gladstone is resolved to adopt the closure with regard to the Home Rule Bill, the Unionists will compel him to desolve Parliament. Mr Abraham has been elected unopposed for North East York. Mr Gladstone has decided to enforce the cloaure on four sections of the Home Rule Bill, and oxpects the measure will be through Committee by the 81st July.
