Proposed by Warden Taylor, seconded by Warden Homer, that the action of Mr Taylor, and the engineer, in accepting Younger andLatng's tender for metsan% on Kimbolton road at 4» 9d per yard, m> accepted.— Carried. Proposed by Warden Homer, seconded by Warden Taylor, that tbe following names be placed on the rat* rolT:— That of M. BeUski in lieu of G. Malcolm, for section 88, Bangiawhia ; that el Sextos Bros, in lieu of J. L. Tompkias, for section 18, Block X; that of McQntt and Cameron for section 78, Block XIV ; and that of McGregor and Cameron ia respect of section 74, Block 11, Apiti.— Carried.
