Eighty-fifth report of the Directors to the to the halt-yearly general meeting of the Proprietors, held at the Chief Banking House, on Monday, the Ist day of May, 1893.
I The Directors have the pleasure to submit to the Proprietors a statement of the assets and liabilities of the Bank on 3lßt March last, with the auditors' report and declaration. The net profits for the half-year, including recoveries from debts
With the above approriation the Reserve Fund will amount to £1,010,000. The dividend will be payable at the Office to-morrow and at the Branches on j receipt of advice.
