(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). Wellington, This Day. A meeting of the Executive to consider the fate of Scott, condemned to death, for the murder of Thompson at Waikomiti will be held to-morrow. The Government has deoided to summon Parliament on June 22nd. The Cabinet this morning passed the following appropriations : — Upper Makuri, North Wairarapa, 4*looo for a road. Otago Central, £5000 further construction; Waitotara, £600 for a road ; Porirua asylum, £665. In the police court to-day both charges preferred by a second-hand deoler against Detective Eade were dismissed.
