Wellington, April 24. i The Premier has had another; relapse and in consequence a medicftl oonsultai tion had been held, at which it was de* I termined to perform an operation. This was done with success, and good results are hoped for. For the present, people are requested not to call at his residence. The operation was for stoppage of the bowels. This Day. The last stage of the operation on the Premier was completed this morning with apparent success.
