The Feilding Football Club
-♦ A general meeting of members of the above club was held at the Empire Hotel on Thursday night, when the following business was transactek :— Proposed by Mr Strachan, seconded by Mr Aitken, That Mr William Bailey be elected a Vice-President of the Manawatu Rugby Football Union.— Carried unanimously. Proposed by Mr Wakelin, seconded by Mr Aitken, That the Feilding Club enter as a junior team for the ensuing year.— Carried. Proposed by Mr Strachan, seconded by Mr McFarlane, That Mr Aitken be elected Captain of the Club.— Carried. This concluded the business, and the meeting then adjourned.
