(PEII TKESS ASSOCIATION.) Melhoitrjce, April 19. An official of the Imperial Bank (in liquidation) has been arrested on a charge of embezzlement. It is alleged that grave irregularities havo been dis« covered in connection with the institution. A warrant has been issued for Hie apprehension of another official ou a similar charge. Teale, formerly teller, and O'Shea, ac countaut, of tho Imperial Bunk, arc- tho officials arrested. Tho dofalcatious al ready discovered amount to £19,000 with indications of moro.
