MANCHESTER V. FEILDING AND OROUA CLUB. The above match was played yesterday afternoon, and rasulted m a win for the Manchester Club by 16 runs on the first innings. Richards played an excellent innings of 43, and carried his bat right through. He only gave one chance during his stay at the wickets. On going in a second time, the Feilding men ran up 62 runs for the loss of 4 wickets. Hill with 24 and Baillie 22 runs, both not out, showing good form. Richards took 8 wickets, at a cost of only 18 runs for his side. Baillie, Strachan, and Millen, for the Feilding Club, shared the bowling honors very equally between them.
