This Pay. (Before Mr. Brabant, R.M.) The following civil cases were heard : A. L. Parr v Hori ; claim, jtl 15s 6d. Mr Reade for the plaintiff. Judgment for the amount claimed, with costs of court, 10s. R. Sbeeh.y v Frank Gay ; claim, .i' 4 '2s (id. Mr Richmond for the plaintiff. Judgment for the amount claimed, with 0s costs of court. William Hill y Frank Gay ; claim, .£l2 16s Id, on a judgment summons. Mr Richmond for the plaintiff. In default of the appearance of the defendant, he was ordered to pay the amount within three clays, otherwise to be imprisoned for 13 days in the Wanganui Gaol. This concluded tho business, and the Court adjourned.
