Colonel Saunderson declared that under no condition will Ulster submit to an Irish Parliament with an Irish Eiecu'ive Mr Bulfour in dealing with the question of Home Rule at the Carlton ruecting said it w&s a crazy scheme which had absolutely paralysed the business of Parliament and if passed would involve an exodus of capital from Ireland resulting in greater competition ot Irish labour with English. He was confident, he said, that England would never desert the Irish Loyalist. Three thousand woman have held a meeting at Derry, against Home Rule. All the speaker's were women. March 10. Mr Gladstone has postponed the second reading of the Home Rule Bill to the 16th instant. Au important deputation representing tho banking aud commercial interests in Loinster waited on the Marquis of Salisbury to-day protesting against Home Rule. Tho members of the doputatiou had boon refused an interview by Mr Gladstoue. In replying tho Marquis of Salisbury said they had his sincere sympathy and ho would do all in his power to defeat autonomy for Ireland.
