This district is growing rapidly, a good many new settlers having come into the " Block " during the past three months. Mr Clapham occupied the chair, and gave a neat little speech at the opening of the meeting. The programme consisted of songs, speeches, recitations, and musical pieces given by the following ladies and gentlemen.
