The deceased \va9 sitting at breakfast with his family when he suddenly fell back and expired. No cause is known, as at the time ho was apparently in good health. Some twelve months ago he was laid up for a considerable time suffering from his lungs and a chest complaint. The deceased leaves several relatives in this neighborhood, his wife being a sister of Mrs W. B. Retemeyer and Mr C. A. Mountfort, to whom wo offer our cordial sympathy in their sad bereavement. The inquest will be held at Colyton to-morrow morning, nnd the funeral take place at one o'clock the same day for the Feildmg cemetery.
