Owner can have same on application, An advertisement in connection with the transfer of the license of the Manchester Hotel from Mr Wollerman to Mr Horace Bastings is published to-day. We direct the attention of our readers and the travelling public generally, to a replace advertisement which appears to< day from Mr Horace Bastings, tho entorprisiug proprietor of tho Manchester Hotel.
