I __^ I Yesterday being an off day, and no ■ match arranged for, the members of the ! Manchester Club played a match amongst J themselves married and single. A very i enjoyable game resulted in favor of the I single, by the narrow margin of 15 runs. ! Garlick and Wellsman batted well for 1 their runs, the latter being given out leg before wicket just as he was getting well j set. A. Parr, Robson, and Joe Robinson all showed good form whilst they were at the wickets. Richards, Joe Robinson, and Henderson bowled well for the single men, and for the benedicts, Burlace and Garratt were very successful with the ball. Appended are the scores : —
