The Galignani Messenger (an English Daily newspaper) publishes what is reported to be the confession of one Murphy, a Dublin chemist, who claims to be the author of the receut dynamite outrage in Dublin. I London, December 31. 1 The Irish National League of Great Britain carried a resolution deploring the dynamite outrage in Dublin and declaring that the anti-Home Rule party is the only section not joining in the delectation of crime.
