♦ — The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) have received the following cablegram from their London office, dated 21st mat: — Frozen Meats : New Zealand Mutton— There is a rather better demand ; quotations unchanged since last telegram. Tallow is in good demand ; fine mutton tallow is worth 28s 9d per cwt ; good beef, 25s 6d. New Zealand Hemp — Market weaker; medium is worth £25 per ton.
