Meeting at Colyton

♦ Forty-two members of the Wanganui Harbor Board Association either attended or were represented at the meeting at Colyton on Saturday last, November 19. Mr Lucas was in the chair and read the correspondence between the Association and the Wanganui Harbor Board, and also gave the result of his journey to Wanganui. For the four sections that were thought to have no road access there is half a chain width reserved on sections fronting Beehive creek. Mr Lucas also asked for a reserve through section 30 for an additional right-of-way. A call of 10s per member was made to defray the expenses of the Association, payable on Saturday, November 26.
