SUNDAY BATHING.

TO THK EDITOR OF THE STAR. I Sib, — It seems to me that " Sleepy j Head " is rather particular re bathing in ! the Oroua river. Why should not our boys, or ourselves too, if we like, be permitted to take a refreshing bath in this hot weather to strengthen -their, or our, health, and as a preventive of sickness ? No doubt " Sleepy Head " has been a boy himself. As for naked b< dies, what is the harm in that so long as no inde cency is done ? If he wants to go down there, and is so disgusted, why does he not put on a pair of black specs or a veil? And why does he call people larrikins? Adam and Eve were born naked ; and so was I, and "Sleepy Head" too, I suppose. I am, _-c, Awake.
