Woooville, November 14' The further hearing of the information against Willian Syms came on at the Court to»day, and the Justice ad« journed the case till the 22nd inst, bail being renewed. Wellington, November 14. The Appeal Court dismissed the appeal m the case Rickelben v. Baker and Cooke and affirmed the decision of the Judges of the Supreme Court tbat there must be a new trial.
