(per press association). London October 15. Frozen Meats— The mutton market is firmer. Canterbury mutton is worth 4£d per lb, and Wellington 3£d per lb, and hindquarter 4|d per lb. Tallow.— There is a fair demand. Fine mutton tallow is in demand, but medium and inferior is neglected. Beef tallow is also neglected. Fine mutton tallow is worth 26s per cwt, and good beef 24s 6d per cwt.
