Mr Kapa moved that in fhe opinion of thi3 House the Government should compel John Lundoo to ; refund the £713 illegally obtained in connection with, the purchase of the Kaitaia Block. i Several of the speakers referred to Mr Lundon's transaction as a rascally one, while Mr Carroll admitted that ilie i person chiefly responsible for the discreditable affair was Lnndon.
