(PEK PRESS ASSOCIATION)' Wellington, October 3 The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Ameudmcut Bill, Factories Act Amendment Bill, Native Land Purchases Bill, Shops aud Shop Assistants Blil, j Customs Laws Consolidation Act Amendment Bill, and Servants Registry Offices Bill were put through their final stages. The Industrial Concilation Bill was further considered in Committee. The proposition contained in the Bill for the establishment of a Court of Arbi tration was struck out by 13 to 6 on an indirect division and by 10 to 7 on a direct division. The Bill as amended was reported, the third reading being fixed for next day.
