London. September 2 The Princess Christian is enrolling trained nurses to attend upon tbe cholera patients. Berlin, September 2. Cholera has appeared in Lerabery, Upper Styria, Silesia, Lanenburg, Charlotenbnrg, and Buda Pesth. There were 247 deaths at Hambut-g yesterday, chiefly in the suburbs. Many of those attacked die in two hours. Up to the present time twenty-three towns in Germany are affected. Ambulance contracts bave been arranged in Berlin to carry a thousand patients per day in case of necessity, and great preparations are being made in the hospitals for outbreaks in the capital. St. Petersburg, Seplembpr 2. Cholera riots broke out at Lowdoba in Russia. Twenty soldiers were killed before it was snpressed, and two hundred riotera killed and wounded. The hospital and other buildings were wrecked by the mob, a doctor was murdered, and damage done to the extent of several million roubles. Cholera has increased in Moscow with the return of heat. Washington, September 2. The President has convened a meeting of the Cabinet to consider what measures shall be taken to prevent an outbreak of cholera. It is probable even the families of Cabinet Ministers will be excluded who are returning from Europe, and that all vessels will have to undergo twenty days quarantine.
